I spent last Tuesday at the Highland Print Studio doing some more etching (on copper). I’d reworked my sheep etching; some of it’s improved, such as the shape of the face and the background, but it’s definitely got five legs and not four, and I need to work on getting the edges clean. Seems apt to title it “An Extra Leg of Lamb”.
The paper I used this time was “ivory” (a deep cream), rather than white, Fabriano Rosapina, which is a machine-made paper with 60% cotton.
